Please note: if permission to access is not granted, we will not be able to assist with your maintenance request until access is arranged with you.

Anything we should know before entering? (optional)

In a genuine emergency, such as an active water leak, fire, gas, or an immediate safety risk, MyVic may enter your unit without advance notice to prevent damage or protect safety, as permitted under Alberta's Residential Tenancies Act.

RequiredNormal repairs are covered by the property owner at no cost to you. If a repair turns out to be caused by tenant damage or negligence, the cost may be charged back. I understand.
